Greetings from the Children’s Sunday School class!

The Children's Sunday School (Ages 6-12) bases its lessons on the day's Gospel reading or one of the classic parables.  We choose stories that teach the children Christian values to help them navigate their religious and everyday lives.   We ask that you take a moment to check out the bulletin board in the Parish Hall where we  post different items that reflect the children’s understanding of these stories.
We are also memorizing some Bible verses. The children do a great job with memory work, having conquered the Lord’s Prayer and the Ten Commandments. Our first verse is: “1 John 4:19. We love because he loved us first.” What a true statement and what wonderful words by which to live.

                                                Greetings from the Nursery

The Nursery has moved to the Rectory as of the end of January 2107.  This gives the children a larger space in which to learn about Jesus through play and exploration.    Barbara says, " We'd love more babies!"

The children received their own Bibles

Henry takes the Baby Jesus to the altar at the
Christmas Eve candlelight service.

The children made Christmas ornaments and decorations
to sell at the Second Annual Christmas Art and Bake Sale.

The children presented Wes with a one year anniversary
 gift on Palm Sunday
